V. M. Renjith
He is a native of Bhagavathinada in Thiruvananthapuram district.

He has completed his graduation, post-graduation, B.Ed., M-Phil., K- TET, SET, and UGC-NET in Malayalam literature. He received his Mphil Degree from the Malayalam Department of the University College Thiruvananthapuram. The area of study for the M.Phil. thesis was Prison Literature. He also Won the Aspire Research Award for the topic 'The Life Expression of Sex Workers in Malayalam Short Stories.’

Worked as a guest teacher at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Malayinkeezhu from 06/06/2023 to 06/01/2025, and at Govt. Model Higher Secondary School, Venganoor from 09/01/2024 to 08/05/2024. Served as a Guest Lecturer in the Department of Malayalam at Govt. College, Kattappana from 21/08/2024 to 06/02/2026. Currently working as the Creative Head of Answer Key Academy based in Thiruvananthapuram.

Director and Board Member of ARTS SPACE Centre for Performing Arts. Has written and directed several award-winning dramas. Directed a short film that was selected for the competition category in the short film competition organised by Mathrubhumi with the message 'Drug Free'. Participated as a selected delegate in VISHWA MALAYALA MAHOLSAVAM 2012 conducted by the Kerala State Cultural Department in association with the Kerala Sahitya Akademi. Recipient of the Kasthoorba Prize for short story instituted by the P.N. Panicker Foundation. Editorial Board Member of SAMSKARIKA REKHA, published by Nemom Block Panchayat, Government of Kerala.
