Dr. Promod K. S.
Dr. Pramod K. S. earned his Master’s degree, M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Malayalam from the School of Letters at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He also holds a Diploma in Journalism and Communication from the Kottayam Press Club.

Professional Profile
With nearly 15 years of experience in print and digital media, Dr. Pramod has an extensive background in reporting and editing across politics, education, sports, and culture. He has also demonstrated creative expertise by scripting and editing campus stories for college YouTube channels.
For the past nine years, he has been active in the field of academics, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Malayalam Language, Literature, Media Studies, and Skill Development.

Research & Interests
His primary areas of interest include media, language, literature, cinema, and theatre. He is actively involved in research related to Malayalam media, linguistics, drama, and film studies.

Current Position: Assistant Professor (on contract), Department of Kerala Studies, University of Kerala.
